Inspection or replacement of slideway wipers, filter replacement, Hyd. oil replacement.

Stage 2: Ballbar analysis and basic alignment checks.

Standard ballbar analysis plus--basic geormetry checks and spindle vibration analysis.

Stage 3: Ballbar analysis and complete alignment checks.

Machine level, plus all general machine geormetries and spindle vibration analysis.

Stage 4: Re-alignment of machine geormetries, calibration, and full ballbar analysis.

Ballbar test performed before and after any re-alignments or calibration.
